They’ve often able to complete most procedures in just one visit, which is incredibly convenient. The support staff are equally impressive – professional, friendly, and clearly well-trained. Smiles of Gilbert is fantastic! The front office staff, hygienist, and Dr. Badri were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The service felt very personalized, and the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dental hygienist was especially thorough and shared a lot of helpful tips and advice for maintaining my oral health between visits. Dr. Badri was both friendly and professional, he took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan, outline my options, and walk me through the reasoning behind his recommendations. I really appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling, everything was transparent and easy to understand. 10/10 would recommend!

Dentist visit was great as usual. From the greeting when we walked in to the waiting room (cold bottled water in a small frig) short wait time, all the staff knows what they are doing and are friendly. The Dr is kind and genuinely cares about my oral wellness. I drive from the other side of Gilbert and highly recommend!

I loved my time at Smiles of Gilbert Dentistry with Dr. M. Badri. My job requires me to travel frequently, so my schedule is often tight, but they were incredibly flexible in accommodating me. I came in with several urgent dental issues, and the Dr. Badri addressed them quickly and efficiently while ensuring everything was done with great care. He listened to all my concerns, took the time to examine the problematic area, and made sure each issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The prices were very reasonable, and the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. I’m grateful for the outstanding service and highly recommend this office to anyone in need of quality dental care.

Great experience! My hygienist, Celina was so gentle and kind. Very relaxing, I almost fell asleep, lol. She was also super informative about my teeth. When the dentist came in, he actually asked about me and how I was doing/feeling! Great conversation even before looking at my teeth! Awesome beside manners! Thank you for caring! I loved going here. I am normally super anxious going to the dentist but the staff here made me feel like my worries were actually being listened to. My hygienist was very comforting and took everything at my pace. She was willing to answer my questions and overall made the experience much better for me. Will definitely be going back!!

I’m extremely particular when it comes to dental care and where I take my family. I’ve walked out of multiple offices—sometimes before the cleaning even started, or partway through. So I was understandably nervous about trying yet another new place. But after my first visit here, I can confidently say I’ve found the right office for my family. The front office staff was incredibly kind and patient, working with me to find an appointment time that fit everyone’s schedule. And today, the absolute star was Celina. She was so gentle, compassionate, and thorough—truly the best cleaning I’ve ever had, and it was even a deep cleaning! I hope the doctors at this practice know what a gem they have in her. She’s an exceptional hygienist and made all the difference in my experience. I also met with the doctor, who seems fantastic as well. I’ll be able to share more once I return for treatment, but he made me feel both comfortable and confident in the care I’ll be receiving.
